Your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item isn’t quite right for you, we offer returns for store credit (with no expiry date) or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes

If items are not returned in their original condition (e.g., covered in pet/human hair, makeup stains, or signs of wear), a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Store credit has no expiration date and can be used for any future purchases.
